Do you travel out-of-state?
Yes! We do travel out-of-state. Travel and stay accommodations will be paid for by the client.

How do we receive the pictures from our shoot?
An online gallery is included with photo session. From the gallery you will be able to download high quality individual pictures or the whole session. The gallery will be available for 6 months after final posting. Portrait shoots come with 10-15 edited pictures. Additional edits are $20 per picture.

What forms of payment do you accept and when is payment due?
We accept cash. credit cards (with transaction fee), cashapp, venmo, paypal, and zelle. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.

How long are photo sessions?
Photo sessions begin at the scheduled start time. Additional time will be scheduled per half hour.

Are deposits required for all shoots?
A deposit is required for all shoots within 48 hours of booking the session. Without paid deposit, photography shoot date will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.

How many edited pictures come with the shoot and how long until I get my pictures?
Portrait shoots come with 10-15 edited pictures. Additional edits are $20 per picture. Turnaround time for edited pictures is typically no longer than 14 days. The intellectual property of all pictures belong to JohnJon Photography. A photo release may be required if you wish to have photos printed and will be granted upon request.

Do you shoot on holidays?
Yes, we shoot on holidays. There is an additional fee for holiday and rush shoot sessions. A contract will need to be signed 2 weeks prior to shoot date. Anything shorter than 2 weeks will be considered as a rush shoot.
